A good first message contains:

- Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, HubSpot, NetSuite, an ERP, BigQuery, dbt, Looker or the BI tool you want to leave. Rough size (orders, customers, branches, models, dashboards, users).
- The symptom
- A margin, a revenue or a retention number nobody trusts, a weekly spreadsheet that breaks, slow explores, untested dbt models, an AI agents project, a departing analytics engineer.
- The deadline
- A board meeting, a hire, a migration, a quarter end.
- The format you want
- Diagnostic, build, upkeep, or you do not know yet: telling you is Neuravoid's job.
Before you write
How fast is the answer?
Within one business day, in writing, with scope, timeline and quote. If the need is outside Neuravoid's scope, the answer says so and points you elsewhere.
Do we need a call?
No, and there is none to book. Brief, quote, delivery and follow-up are written, with video recordings where a screen says more than text. If a project cannot be bought without a call, Neuravoid is not the right fit, and the answer will say so.
Which languages and time zones?
French and English. Neuravoid is based in France; exchanges are asynchronous, so Europe, North America and the Middle East work without scheduling constraints.
How does invoicing work?
Neuravoid SASU invoices in euros, VAT not applicable (French small-business exemption). Deposit at signature for engagements, monthly for the retainer.
